.02 Hold Items
Items will be on *hold* for 2 days. I am willing to hold items for a longer period, just let me know.

.03 Payment
I accept payment through Paypal only.
Payment can be transfered to my Paypal Account at yokokonda2@hotmail.com (take note of the 2!).

Customers need not pay any extra surcharge for paypal. All paypal surcharges are borne by Dollsville Shop.

.04 Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling costs is not included in the listed price. Shipping costs varies with country zones.

.05 Order Tracking
For registered mail, customers can track their shipment at http://www.pos.com.my/PosDaftar/Main/track.asp.
Enter the tracking number, and it would show the location of the shipment. However, enter the tracking number only one or two days after posting, as the post office will take some time to process the package.

Registered mail would normally take 7 to 10 business days to arrive at the destination. However, it may take a longer time due to Holiday seasons

.06 Country of Shipment
All items are shipped from Selangor State, Malaysia. I will informed you if it's otherwise.

.07 Smoke-Free Premises
The premises of Dollsville Shop are absolutely smoke-free. Thus, all items that are primarily bought from Dollsville Shop do not have cigarette smell or stain.

.08 Defective Items
If the items have any defects upon arrival, please kindly let me know. I would love to have a satisfied customer.
